Lovely ryokan, warm staff. Delicious buffet breakfast and kiseki dinner. Indoor and outdoor onsen. Star gazing tour and morning market. Spacious rooms and variety of baths
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Our stay at this hotel was splendid! The staff, while not fluent in English, was accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The onsen was a highlight of the trip, with multiple pools and a foot bath to choose from. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering both Japanese and Western cuisine. The spacious room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The observatory was a nice touch for star-gazers!
Although the walls seemed to be a bit thin, it didn't take away from the overall appeal of the hotel.

During my stay, I was impressed with the hotel facilities including the spacious and clean rooms. One of the best parts of my stay was definitely the onsen. Not only were there different types of baths to choose from, but there was also a foot bath with multiple pools. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of both Japanese and western dishes. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, even calling me to make sure I was okay when I was unable to make it back for dinner.
Nothing is perfect, but I couldn't find anything negative to say about this hotel.

The onsen experience was undeniably the highlight of my stay. The pools were varied, and I particularly enjoyed the cypress wood tub, which was very relaxing. the observatory on site offered a great opportunity to view the stars. It was a unique experience that I won't forget.
The cleanliness of the public onsen could have been improved. The mat that was placed between the male changing room and the onsen had a foul smell, indicating that it needed to be changed more frequently.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the extensive breakfast buffet which offered a variety of both Japanese and western dishes. The onsen was also a highlight, with different pools to try such as a deeper pool to stand in and an outdoor pool under the stars. Plus, there was an on-site observatory for stargazing. The staff's helpfulness, even with limited English, was also impressive.
The thin walls or floors made it difficult to relax with the sound of footsteps overhead. cleanliness in the public onsen could have been better with the mats needing to be changed more frequently.
